The roof is on fire?
No worry we got you covered!
Besides large development projects, we also work on smaller sub-projects for wich clients often do not have sufficient time in additionto their day-to-day business. Many important projects are delayed because they are not prioritized. Some of these projects come to us when they have already reached an emergency state. In such situations, the flexibility of our design process is crucial. We can enter different project phases flexibly and adapt quickly to new situations and problems.
Extinguishing a fire is usually an unpleasant situation for everyone involved. However, many of these problems can be avoided if we are contacted and involved at an early stage. We are here to help with advice and assistance in project planning, responding flexibly to challenges and needs.

The all-in-one design solution
A good example of our approach to sub-projects is the center console project. For this project, we took on the design and the complete project management up to and including the procurements of parts.
Instead of detailing one possible solution that may miss the mark, we always look at the issues with a certain degree of foresight. We began with a detailed analysis of the space issues and a detailed examination of the surrounding components. By thinking outside the box, we not only addressed the problem itself but also considered the surrounding factors that were causing it.
In the next step, we outlined several possible solutions with quick sketches that served as a basis for discussions and decision-making. Being very familiar with our customers' systems and processes, we identified parts we could potentially reuse to minimize changes in production. Our suppliers were involved in the development early on to ensure the detailing of the chosen solution was as efficient as possible. We also checked the final assembly and the mounting sequence.
The final product offered modular application possibilities with a reduced number of components, hance lower costs. Additionally, the supplied components meet our customers' high standards. If you are interested in how we can support you with your challenges, feel free to get in touch with us.
